I've hiked up Mount Titlis - it was great but too hot in July 2016. Looks like you landed in the valley which goes past the Wissberg. That's a nice hike too. Your jump was spectacular.

Even though it is fake, it still would not have been a world first. /watch?v=DEP8juRSBRo world first for landing water yes( if it wasn't fake )... honestly this does look plausible to do, just need someone willing to take the risk.

WRONG - 125 meter!!! Watch out! Also it is illegal throughout the year. Please accept this. Otherwise we might not get the permission for the legal events any longer. Thanks!

well, you are absolutely right. it is 3-ring system and here I was not precise in my former answer. this release system is for convenience reason (i.e. changing the canopy) and/or much more relevant in special situations such as a water landing. then you can easily release the canopy and have a much more convenient swim ;-) regards, bernhard

But at 2:51 you can clearly see what seems to be a 3-ring system and the cutaway cable (in yellow). =) That was why I thought it was a skydiving rig.
@BASE117512 жыл бұрын
classic B.A.S.E.-rig - no skydiving rig! No 3-ring, no reserve chute.

What's with the 3-ring system? Were you jumping with a skydiving rig?

that was a Prodigy 1 and my 5th wing suit and 55th BASE jump back in 2006. therefore not much experience at that time. also didn't know the landing area and pulled really high in order to figure out the landing zone. however, was real fun!

have you a wing suit or a track suit?
@BASE117513 жыл бұрын
@wondersoxx That part is the so-called "summit ice field" (in German: Gipfeleisfeld). It is the final part at the very end of the North Face leading to East Ridge up to the summit of the Eiger.

@BASE1175 That picture, from 1:52 til about 1:55; it just looks insane! My jaw dropped. I imagined being the first person ever to come upon that section and look up (and ANYone who looks up and says, okay we go this way). What section is that by the way?
