Mam can you please guide me regarding the LOI, company said that they will provide me a letter of intent in which i have to work for 6 month as a trainee the salary will be provide and after that they will provide me a offer letter where i have to work there atlest for 6 month then the pf and medical will be deducted and other formal documentation will happen ,so it’s a 1 year kind of thing which is not a contract i believe but help me to know more about this situation because i have no idea how to tackle this, should i accept the loi or not

Bro i had cleared Accenture interview i had 1y 10 months of total experience as software developer (software Engineer designation in previous company)I took 1year break after layoff. Next month when i join Accenture what designation they give?? What will be my Level num??my qualification is mtech in non IT. Total experience 1year 9months. I'm i fresher will i have training?????
