Great insights! 🙌 The focus on smarter training and recovery over the 'grind it out' mentality is so important, especially for youth athletes. Balance and long-term growth always win! 💡🔥

I have this product and I really need to find a way to track multiple athletes without having to sign out and sign in a new athlete every time. Any advice on how you’re doing that?
@HansenAthletics
@HansenAthletics 3 ай бұрын
We aren’t! Can’t do it, the athletes are using them to get to their prescribed velocity for the day. They aren’t tracking

@@HansenAthletics gotcha! What is your idea of a prescribed velocity for training? Trying to find research on it but having trouble with access to papers.
@HansenAthletics
@HansenAthletics 3 ай бұрын
@@sladesheriff6225 There are a lot of aspects and different ideas that go into it. It depends on what adaptations you are trying to accomplish. In-season, offseason, what you're trying to acheive with the athlete, etc... You can bucket zones into maximal strength, general strength, strength-speed, speed-strength, and just speed. Googling VBT training you can find a lot of good information, and maybe I just need to make a video on it haha

Would have been good to see how you can bench press using the thick bar/tube. I’m buying a local one, for a way to do bench presses without a rack or spotter. The squats and using it as a type of cambered bar is really cool.
