I have mild learning disabilities myself, and went through the same ish myself. it legit sucks to feel like that and go through these things onna daily on top of that with school’s college’s friends acquainted friends, etc. u name it, ik how it is bro no cap. You Aren’t Alone fighting this battle. I just turned 23 last month on the 23rd and have been attending my community college aswell. and I also am doing culinary arts I play football and I have also had the same struggles in my school life from pre-k Till Highschool, Till this day. I feel your pain bro. just know to ALWAYS KEEP YA HEAD HELD HIGH DONT LET PEOPLE TELL U THAT U CANT DO ANYTHING OR THAT YOUR SLOW OR THAT YOU CANT MAKE IT IN LIFE. @@naimrichardson6335 ight thank you very much man I appreciate it like the problem was with that was how y'all going to tell me I can't go to school because of my disability but they let a white kid who has autism ADHD and learning disability go to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville you and I'm like what the f*** like I can do that because I'm willing to put in the work and when you pull a blackhead you can't do that that's really not fair so I'm just doing with that point and the other point where you was telling me don't do nothing crazy it's like I want to my community college in 2016 when I first got there they didn't even act like they can't even call the community college and tell them why they didn't why the Community College don't want to take me and I was told by and student and academic advisor so that I can go to a college even if I have a learning disability so I'm like what the heck was I told one of my closest defensive coordinator coach who I was close to he going to tell me what I can't do that and it's like do you have a son that has the same learning disabilities and you are encouraged him to attend your alumni college. That just completely rub me the wrong way and like they used there's a total of 8 black players that I played with back in high school who all could have went to school but it's like no one doesn't give a damn about us until we hit the football field. I got injured my junior year and I couldn't even play my senior because of the injury and I was losing my eligibility. I'm currently 24 on the trying to sign up for the NCAA Clearinghouse but the problem was it's like people keep just trying to hold me back so I'm going to pursue it and then by the time I'm done and my Community College . Transfer to play ball for three years get my degree and enjoy life. I saw you taught me a great lesson don't let people change who you are and always watch out for people who don't really have your back with support you until you see the ones standing in front of you at the very end my mother told me that and I'll forever always have her watch my back man is this a second bro like on the day my teammates was on a scholarship offers that was a punishment good and they hurt me because they was able to find it from those classmates and friends and stuff and you know I never got that and it was just when they just hurt me and it was just so tough cuz you know I'm up here conviction teachers to let me take normal classes regular classes to bring up my GPA and it's like none of them didn't respond to me for six weeks and it was like a slap in the face it would just so much that I was dealing with and it just kind of got to me. All I ever wanted to do was be the first person in my family to go to college cuz that's what meant to and it's not just that but just explore life when you away from home on your own for the first time independently that you don't have no more in there baby you or try to take care of you you just out there on your own and it's like I would never experienced it because they took that memory away from me. But I'm definitely going to make it all about work.
