I can see that this cover doesn't completely enclose all the way to the bottom of the golf cart. There are gaps that will let in cold air or water. Thanks for posting this particular cover.

Will not work on a G29 Drive. Plastic roof drin pipes are in the way.

I like everything I'm seeing except at the end were you plug in the converter from the main positive and negative from your batteries and it arcs and sparks. That means that your converter is constantly drawing power from your cart. Even while its not being used. Why would you not run it to your key switch so its off while the key is off and parked?

Great video, thanks! My only question is, how do you switch on the amber lights on the end of the front light bar? I saw you connect the 6 pin connector, but not the orange and black wires with spade connectors. Do these need to be connected somewhere for the amber lights?

I have one of these body kits and the LED light assembly failed within a week of installation. Unfortunately, Madjax is unwilling/unable to provide me with any type of direct warranty support. I got bounced around a couple of times when I called in and was told I’d have to go back through the original installer to get this resolved - a major headache. For what these kits cost, I’d expect a better customer experience, including direct warranty support for the end user.

I installed the Deluxe light kit, about 4 years ago. I put in a new 51V LITHIUM battery. NOW my led lights light up when I put on turn signal but they will not flash anymore. I need help resolving problem and MADJAX will not help nor can I get help from them after reaching out several times. I believe they have other interests now and ignore any previous customers. All they seem to care about is selling parts. I also heard they are trying to corner the market on Lithium batteries from China. So again their interests are in other places.

ALSO the spring for the brake switch has a big loop on the end that hooks onto the pin. So I squeezed it closed and when I put it on I installed a washer on each side of the spring loop and put a zip tie on the pin on the outside of the washers. This keeps the spring from comming off which happened to me, so I had no brake lights.

I will add I did encounter a problem with the fit of the headlights to the body. I called Madjax and they told me there is a center support for the front body panel. And to check it because they can get bent durring a front end bump. I looked and it was , so I straightened it out and the fit was perfect.

Lots of videos how to install a kit but no videos on how to replace a light bulb on a stock cart. Do you have to remove the body or be a contortionist?
