Might be the console one system software update hasn't installed correctly. Try reinstalling the software, unfortunately its not the most reliable. Ive had to reinstall mine a number of times.

Yeah, i hope they add it soon. But wouldn't hold my breath lol.

Found an easier way of doing it, currently having a go at making my first software tool (for Windows). One day hopefully get to share it with you guys!

Ive had issues with the console 1 software occasionally requiring the mk3 to be reinstalled, (one occasion the volume knob kept defaulting tracks faders all the way down) but overall it's been ok for the most part to use. Could be smoother experience overall though.

@@PoundSound the ABCD is creating so many issues, now for first time I had one of the LCD screens white as others mentioned

@@bluematrix5001 yeah i had that one too when i first got it last year, the right screen was just constantly white. An update sorted that one out. Before making this video the ABCD wasn't working for daw control. I'm starting to think that the problems occur via softube central when downloading and installing new versions through the app. When I uninstalled through the SC it didn't quite clear the registry and wouldn't allow me to download or install the new update because it thought it was still installed. I had to manually remove the registry entries for (console_1_system) for it to work, but now it's all okay.

@@PoundSound yes, SC also gave me error when uninstalling the software, had to do it manually... tell me do you use ABDC snapshots and save presets with different ABCD snap shots? is making me horrible random settings ..and seems is not saving them correctly or/and recall the presets so any settings wrong and randomly ig.... when you press SHIFT, do you see in the upper right comer of the console 1 screen UNDO steps?? seems that pressing ABCD is creating UNDOs can you please let me know if your screens shows UNDO steps when pressing ABCD?

I don’t really use snapshots or the undo function much, to be honest. However… If I make a change (e.g., adjusting the EQ on A), then hold Shift + Undo and continue holding Shift, the screen displays track information along with multiple pages I can scroll through using the volume knob to undo changes. If I then adjust settings on B separately and switch back to A using undo, it remembers the changes made on A independently. Similarly, when switching back to B, it recalls the changes made there, allowing me to scroll through them. It also seems to add extra pages without actual undo steps-just flat settings. Additionally, it appears to group changes together; for example, if I apply both EQ and compression and only want to undo the compression, it ends up undoing both. That said, if I simply press Shift + Undo, it correctly undoes the last step as expected. However, if I switch between A, B, and C, it doesn't seem to retain their individual undo histories.

Yeah, I thought that too. However without the Console 1 plugin inserted in DAW, if DAW control mode is on - you can select channels, pan, and adjust fader volume.

How do I load these?

Yep. Long as you already own the libraries, and have them installed. It will work. The only thing you might need to do is batch re-connect the libraries (in the project) to update the Cubase file for the samples to load. Easy to do, on the troubleshooting page of the website there are tutorials on how to do this.

Track Presets added :)

Same as before, no change. If you want the track pictures to be added, keep the project files and the track pictures folder in the main folder (they unzip from) Move the folder (containing the track folder pictures and project files) where you keep projects. Run Cubase and use file>open (then open one of the project files) it'll ask to add track pictures. Click "add" and thats all. Might have to re-connect you library location to refresh OPUSs memory for the project template, videos are on my website support page to show how, if needed 👍

I use a RODE NT1, (has really low self noise). Then that runs through an Audient ID14 MK II

Seeing as you asked so politely. No.

Those IRs do need a little bit of processing to get the right tone (which I didn't do in the video). Nothing a bit of EQ couldn't fix. Pretty much slapped them on for quick demo, didn't really go too deep with this video, was just getting a message across to try free stuff in Cubase before paying for better sims that have more control.
