@@alexanderbreems2921NYC has sunny days, the filter that V's lighting uses does not match NYC's. Californian sun is different than New York sun. It's well known the sun's lighting is different in other cities or states due to the angle it impacts the Earth at.

My worst nightmare, gta 4 with gta 5 animations..., 0:14 this is not how niko jumps over obstacles, he does it way better in gta 4 and also can hold on edges when jump across buildings, 0:38 this is what happens when you try jumping in gta 5...

Well as far as models and textures go it does. But the atmosphere is lacking, lighting needs to be changed, animations with euphoria physics added.
