Not my collection, its a cafe in Holmfirth called the Carding Shed and the garage is part of, they let you see the collection, just thought id make a video of it.

@ i m an owner of lotus emira v6: NO POWER!!! Lotus declare more than 400hp. In reality the car has little more than 300! And with 1400kg the results is that the car is extremly SLOW!!!!!!

@@matteozambonini6178 The reason i said there was a problem with you car was that you claim that it's slow and has a little over 300 horsepower, I own a Mercedes C43 with around 360 horsepower and when got the Emira there was a noticeable power increase. I think the problem is people are so used to electric cars having sub 2 second 0-60 times that they can call 4.2 seconds and 400hp slow. This is a 90 grand car, I think 400 hp can be considered very fast seen as cars like the Porsche GT3RS is only 500hp and $200,000 more.

Yes! it has a Jan Speed single box, I think they have a different sound depending on the exhaust spec

Problem with the Emira is that it looks like it has been involved in a front end smash with it's bonnet scalloped creases.

How long does it usually take to start on freezing cold days? Does it take longer when it hasn't been used for several days?

It has electronic ignition so starts v quickly even in freezing weather, but if left for a month it takes a little while to pump the fuel through and will take a 2nd turn of the key - however it does live in a warm and dry garage lol!

Nice video. When editing In Premier Pro (presuming its this) and adding the Warp Stabiliser, turn down the effect percentage. Usually its at 50% but generally 20% is good enough but will help with the weird sea sick warping effect.

Yes, that's exactly what i'm using, Premire Pro and the Warp Stabiliser. I'm always having problems with the effect creating some sort of wobble on the footage, I'll try turning it down next time. Many thanks for you're help👍

For the normal people who can afford a 100,000-dollar car, I prefer to get an Emira GT with these OPTIONS: 01. Yes, .. Two centered 10-inch monitors. One for radio, navigation, camera views. 2nd monitor everything else. 02. No electronic dashboard. Only round analog gauges: ... rpm, speed, transmission oil temp, engine oil temp, radiator temp, engine oil pressures, battery, fuel indicator. 2.5 inch Three gauges possibly positioned on the pillar column. Other 2.5 inch gauges to be placed centrally as a pod, at mid point, above the dashboard. 03. No massive center steering wheel air bag cluster. No need for radio or other controls on the steering wheel. Bare is beautiful. 04. No electronic seat adjustments. All manual gear adjustments ala1980’. Also, for lateral support and seat hardness hand pumps. Lightweight seats less than 30 lbs each. 05. No, heating of steering wheel required. No cooling of steering wheel. No heated seats. No cooling of seats. No heated exterior rear-view mirror. No cooling of exterior rear window. 06. No, Alcantara interior at all. In the heat, Alcantara feels like velour and disintegrates before your eyes. 07. No, electronic telescopic steering column. Manual lever adjustments only. 08. No, lane change/departure warning required. 09. No, automatic forward collision mitigation safety system required. 10. No, automatic hands-free autonomous steering required. 11. No, pedestrian-detection system required. 12. No, parking distance display and park assist required. 13. No, self-parking system required. 14. No warning/bell collision detections from exterior rear-view mirrors 15. Eight to 12 cameras and their views to be accessed from 2nd 10-inch monitor. 16. When driving, able to record front & rear camera views by the push of a button 17. Eighteen-inch tires and wheels are good enough for GT4. So why downgrade the Emira to pimp-mobile overweight 20 & 21-inch wheels. 18. Improve the aerodynamics of the undertray to maximise the car being sucked down to the road. 19. The undertray should be in at least 5 separate parts to facilitate access. 20. Car weight 3000 pounds or less. THAT IS ALL

Many thanks for your feedback. I agree a Emira "GT" would be a great idea with those specs. I think the V6 First Edition is a perfect way to introduce the model right now. It combines the classic Lotus way, great handling, manual gearbox, powerful supercharged V6, relatively lightweight etc. With a newer supercar like design, for example , leather seats, high technology infotainment system, comfortable interior. I think its great that Lotus can combine the parts of a lotus people love and added luxury to the design.

@@rallynation Music is an individual choice, isn’t it. I just prefer looking at the nice Lotuses without the music distraction. But that’s just me.
