Unfortunately this man doesn’t know what state of hypnosis is and is spreading lies. I refute the claims of hypnosis being evil here in link below and have another video that shows MRI scans on those under hypnosis which proves it’s not an out of controlled state, you are in total control. Your example of yin and yang being good and evil reveal how little you understand. They're opposites yes, but complementary. Up and down, in and out, light and dark. There's no value judgement, these things are not good or bad, they're just things that are different. The yin yang is about balance, not becoming God. Your understanding of qi is also wrong. The whole world is energy, matter is energy at slow vibration, quantum physics shows this. It's not about taking power from god. It's about relaxation, the letting go of tension, and the improvement of health. LIKE ALL EXERCISE. Tai chi is spiritually neutral. Talk of qi and whatnot is part of traditional Chinese medicine but isn't necessary to believe in, it's not a spiritual practice unless you want it to be, and only then it only provides a clear head to let you commune with whatever you like, be that your higher self or the deity of your choice. There are plenty of studies that document the physical and mental benefits of practice. Ultimately it's only physical movement. There's nothing ungodly or spiritually conflicting about exercise. Are christians allowed to go to the gym? To sit quietly? To get a massage? Anyone who claims it conflicts with christianity has their own agenda and is lying to you. Qigong means working with the breath, there's nothing mystical about breathing deeply. Claiming otherwise is total bunk, and dishonest. By focusing on the "mysticism" angle and how people are talking about "foreign gods" tbh y'all sound like you're just racist toward exercise that started in other countries. There's no inherant worship to yoga or tai chi unless you choose to dedicate your movement to your god. There's nothing evil about moving the body and breathing. To worship takes intent beyond gentle stretching. Y'all sound like you don't understand any of the things you're judging as ungodly.

Tai chi is not in conflict with Christianity bc Christianity answers ur need for salvation and the problem of sin. Divinity IS in everything but we are not GOD - tai chi masters try to bring yiu into balance AS A HUMAN IN THE ENERGETIC UNIVERSE. THIS BALANCING actually HELPS PREVENT SIN! So many sins come from imbalance emotionally and in the ego and then in the actions! god himself says that we are connected UNTIL we sin and that we are in his image! tai chi predates Christianity - and doesn’t answer the problems of sin that Christ does but how can we literally eliminate the learnings of those god chose to create thousands of years before he ever created Israel and the Jews? I learn a lot from one of the tai chi masters - and that person does not say that you ever become supreme - he simply speaks to the teachings of ur connection to the universe - there are Christian tai chi masters! there is always aknowledgenent of god - just not Christ SOECIFICALLY but in the Bible Christ is not spoken of specifically u til his birth but we accept as Christian’s that all talk of god in the Bible apples to Christ bc he is incarnation if god - so obviously something 6000 years before Christ is born will also only speak to god and it will also apply to Christ at the light of Christ incarnating - Also the Bible speaks that Christ is not for the righteous which presumes there are righteous /- but Christian’s say there are no righteous - well, maybe that’s because of the groups at the Bible was talking about and then those cultures there were no righteous but MAYBE the ancient people of China were more righteous in God’s eyes which is exactly why he didn’t birth Christ there. ??? You're inaccurate in your saying "that's dopamine". In actuality, 'that's dopamine detox' or resetting your dopamine to a normal level. That inaccuracy that I know without a doubt makes me question everything else you say.
