These two dogs who were decorated war heroes were earmarked for euthanasia. For what reason? For being alive without an owner. Unbelievable and disgraceful. I really detest this cruel and heartless practice, particularly from animal shelters that are supposed to be more compassionate. Even during their time in the shelter, they never stopped serving by helping other scared dogs cope, and yet their lives almost ended with an awful injection of death. There are many lessons that should be learnt from this story by questioning the awful practice of euthanasia. Live long and prosper Shadow and Storm.

This story is heartwarming and inspiring, but it almost feels too perfect-like a fairy tale rather than a reflection of real-life struggles. While it beautifully highlights the power of kindness and resilience, real-world hardships don’t always lead to such uplifting outcomes. Nonetheless, it serves as a powerful reminder that even small acts of compassion can create ripple effects of hope and change. A touching narrative, but perhaps a bit too idealistic.

A heartfelt and inspiring story, but perhaps a bit overly romanticized when it comes to raising a wild animal. In reality, human intervention in nature doesn’t always lead to a happy ending, but at least in this case, it brought positive changes for both the main character and the community. Nonetheless, the message of compassion and the connection between humans and nature is still deeply thought-provoking! 🌿🦊

Yes! Usually my dog WAS trying to tell me something! He had a way of letting people he didn’t know as family or friend that he could bite them if he had to😊. He always found a way to let me know what was needed😍🐕

People can be so cruel. All Miltary ex Soldiers should receive free travel a house car and free holiday once a year. They have seen so much trauma loosing friends dealing with injuries amputations etc. How dare people brutally attack them. All are Hero's and should be treated as such. God Bless them all. 💙 💘 💙

A beautiful and inspiring story, but perhaps a bit idealized. Not everyone is lucky enough to find a 'Toby' to completely change their life. However, the message about connection, music, and kindness is still very valuable! 💛

It's delightful to hear of a horse returned to health, but I found this story shallow in not dealing with specific injuries and their treatment, and not dealing with refeeding syndrome, a common problem with starved horses. Rescuing horses is usually very expensive and doesn't always end in a rebilitated horse. I wish all horse abusers would face rapid justice in the hands of the law.

I'm a slob & live in a small mobile home that has a lot of clutter. One of my felines gave birth. Where did she have her kitties? Right next to the front door! There were plenty of private places she could have chosen. With all my junk, and the small size of the trailer, the front door is the place I'm always walking past. All I can think of, is that because I pass that spot so frequently, she felt I'd be there, a lot, to protect her babies. 😾😾😾😾😾
