Doug Yule. Way underrated. One of the best solos the velvets had (Sterling was amazing but Doug ripped this one in the studio, forever making me obsessed with mixolydian solos.)

Pretty good but your voice sounds happy. There is something haunting about the original. It’s dark. The voice sounds dark. Doug was channeling hurt. You sound like a church choir. Not meaning to insult you, just a thought.

Ok. There are Bb and F, but what the first chord? It's not C. Moreover, does he add first string on first fret ones in a while?

It’s C in first position. But only the 2nd and 3rd string are being plucked.
