Have these people seen what it costs for a single college course with books etc? If you can’t justify spending a few hundred to get a head start then it’s there mistake. You are already giving away countless hours of knowledge and trial and error for nothing. I plan to buy the training soon. In the mean time I am studying everything from SEO to paint nozzles. I plan to hit the ground running while my day job pays the bills until I can go full time.

Whether this machine works for you or not boils down to a combination of ''mechanical knowledge'' to set up and maintain the machine correctly & ''overall painting experience''. Good painters can tell at a glance if the paint is too thick. How many people even read the paint data sheet to know which PSI to use and what size nozzle to use for any given paint ?

Hi Chris, how do you calculate to have enough sealer for the job? How much gallons of sealer do you need say for example 10,000sqf? Also do you use more sealer when you squeegee compared to when you spray? Thanks!

Profit vs revenue is a very big difference man. At best most businesses operate anywhere from like 5-50% profit margins. So yeah “how much it is after expenses” makes a big difference. Not sure why you don’t want to operate in reality bc even if it’s 100k or 200k it’s still great but let’s keep it real.

Chris I am happy for you're financial turnaround. BUT do NOT keep all your money in a bank! If the dollar crashes or it just dips way low and everyone wants their money all of a sudden then the government and banks can put a freeze on your money and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it. Banks and government can do that at anytime anyway. If you haven't already then put most of what you earn into 1) Gold/Silver and 2) Real estate. With gold/silver you will always retain your wealth. Yes you will have to store it in fire proof safes/hidden safes at a location (your home or a relatives home) but it wont take much storage room...especially with gold, since gold is worth about $2600 per 1 oz coin. You could have millions in one hidden fireproof gun safe. Real estate is obvious. But just do not keep all your money in any bank - it can disappear at any moment and you cannot do anything about it. You would just be back to broke. I wouldn't put it in a money market or the stock market either, remember, if you don't physically hold it - you don't own it. That's why I suggested precious metals and real estate.

I’m not busting your balls but the access isle in the beginning that you mentioned looked Good.. from my angle it looked like it was leading the wheelchairs literally into the side of the sidewalk ramp. It’s at least 3’ off center from where it’s supposed to be… you and I both being surveyors would have crushed that shit during our As-Builts . Either they know a county guy high up that granted them some sort of variance or they have the right person in their pocket!! 😆 😂😅. As always, thank you for your time and efforts brother.
