I’d keep it on the safe side and run 7-10 psi plus that’s well more than enough power for a car that weights less than 2000 pounds

The car performs very well for being damn near stock. Trust me, if i wanted this honda to be all out fast, it can be. But I don't want that.

This whu i left hondas ages ago. Swap and all with no ac to still lose to a stock m3. Save some money buy at least a n54 and beat both those cars. 😂

@@99sitrrz car does have ac, k swap civic is more fun and cheaper to maintain than an n5x. And all out speed wasn’t the intention with the car. Put a turbo kit and it’ll beat n5x cars lol.

And yeah I used to think the same but once you make any real power with a Honda you can't even get it to catch. So your still losing. Let me guess AWD it. Ok spend the money or just upgrade snails on the n54 or go st. Shit go with a 340i even. Regardless what you do your gonna spend to go fast and put it down. Just my opinion that's all. I used to love to hit 9k in my itr em1 or 10k in my built lsv back in the day too. But spinning ain't winning. And for the money personally I'd just start with a better platform

I think your view on Hondas are pretty outdated. Tire compounds have come a long way. I can tell you from experience and I have close friends making 600 HP in a RSX FWD and are able to hook just fine on the streets.. Boost by gear exist btw. Also K swapping is fairly cheap and boosting is also insanely cheap. Engine is what $1200, harness $600, ECU $1500, good civic shell 5,000, stock trans $1400, axles $300, mounts $500, header $500 (being generous), fueling $500... All in all including the car $11,500.... Tack on a supercharger for 3k or a turbo setup for a bit more and show me where you can find any 340I for that kind of money. And it is a fact that a Honda is much cheaper to maintain than any BMW. Try doing a timing chain on that V8 and come back and tell me its easier or cheaper.... Also a top mount kit which is an upgraded setup for a B58 starts at 6k. Everything for these BMWs are twice the price and make good power yes but in a heavy chassis.
