Hi Coach Liv ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! Her bala beam is just too heavy :( She has the pink one. What is the weight of the pink beam? So, instead she told me to wear the 1 lb bala bangles and try your lesson. I still could not even finish the lesson when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full lesson powerfully with the pink bala beam!! Her biceps are shredded, very thick and powerful like yours! I feel really low and defeated.

I found your channel today. While the video I watched looked great, I'm wondering if you have any videos for women over 70, with degenerative disc disease. I'm 74 and have been working out with a personal trainer for the past 16 months. We started twice a week for 1/2 an hour. A couple of weeks ago I asked him to come 3 times a week. For the past several months each session is 45 minutes. I've worked up from a 30 second plank (on my toes, not my knees) to 5 minutes, 15 seconds. However, the last one had to be cut short because the stress on my shoulders was too much. He doesn't want me to hurt myself so he suggested a couple of alternatives. What I'm getting at is do you have videos for older people with some age related issues? Many thanks!

Nice! The resistance band really took the difficulty up a notch. Enjoyed the last standing series, it's good for my archery arms. I'll have to get my bow out again. 😁💪🏹

That was good! The heel of my palm really starts to hurt on the side plank though. Any recommendations to fix that?

I’m glad you enjoyed it!! I usually lower down into my elbow & forearm with side plank to take the pressure off the hand/wrist and I prefer it also! You could also make a fist and rest onto your knuckles as another alternative! Hope this helps! Thanks for joining in 😊

I've discovered you a few days ago and I regret not having done that way before. These must be the best pilates videos for me! I been working out with Nicole on YT and thought I wasn't much of a beginner but when I say I struggle doing the exercises from your videos, I DO MEAN IT 😅 I freaking love the workouts incorporating weights/bands.

Id love more work outs of this intensity and length. So good to get the cardio in- ive got a foot injury but i can do this (with slight adjusgment on squat) so is so good!
