Probably a .ba2 texture file was repackaged for an update but the file path was renamed wrong. So the mesh files you can see in game but those meshes can't find the textures because of a file path naming error, and so showing the famous pink mesh error.

This is just a you problem. either verify your game installation or remove the problematic mod(s) if you're using any.

No mods, and its happening to other people too. If I try to download the autonamatron dlc I cant get to main menu without it crashing the game. Bethesda fucked something up.

Multiple people have been reporting the same thing. All of them how downloaded the DLCs within the last couple weeks. My guess is in preparation for the the update Bethesda has been doing stuff with the dlcs and somehow messed with the textures.

tried installing fallout 4 to my xbone and the download refused to go past 44.8%, tried for 2 days and gave up. Seems to work alright on steam

Mine diddnt work untill I fully updated it first I downloaded the addons 6 times and wouldn’t work untill so ,all the glitches still work too

Don't know why it happens, but pink stuff means the texture files are missing. Not all your files have been properly downloaded. Do you have a Verify Cache option on console?
