What keeps the fringes from being fully unrealistic: Censure Authoritarian: Knows why true INGSOC can’t exist in reality, citing that people will find out that blatantly contradictory statements are contradictory and Big Brother lacks the humanity and charisma needed to effectively build a cult of personality. INGSOC pretends that this won’t happen, likely through doublethink. Ahospice: Shows empathy and morality by wanting to protect kids, even if they endanger them by leaving them vulnerable to preventable diseases that can only be treated through vaccines. Darwinism rejects empathy and realist morality. Post-Left: Wants a society with some rules to prevent authoritarianism and capitalism from manifesting. Egoism calls the idea of a society a ghost in the mind. Utopian: Does not care about collectivizing personal property, hinting that he knows well enough that total personal property collectivization is unrealistic and insane. Communalism doesn’t know that so they constantly insist on collectivizing toothbrushes.

Fun fact: the positions of the Insular and Dominant values on the real 8dreams test have been flipped. Same with Hedonic and Stalwart. Also this test tries to put everyone at least 60% Hedonic. Probably because very, very few people are actually Stalwartists IRL. I feel like Ahospice is only fringe because of its anti medical stances. They’re probably not a Propertarian Reactionary. I’d expect some rich, greedy plutocrat who doesn’t believe in human rights except the right to property and longs to go back to feudal times where he can legally abuse his servants, and then Darwinism scaring them with his talk about eugenics and the weak dying and pointing out that their luxury is making them weak, before Darwinist kills them and the security officers in their mansion.

Predictions to what the off compasses would use in a real DnD game if they were all being serious: Communalist: A human-sized hivemind of bugs or insects or a band society of weaker beings. Would probably either play as a healer or steal other people’s stuff to share with the rest of the party Egoist: Himself. Acts like himself in this game. Darwinist: Fighter or Barbarian. Would go murderhobo on all NPCs. IngSoc: Plays as whatever Class lets him manipulate minds. Would try to gaslight the rest of the DnD party but fails due to Egoism’s rebellion.

One of the extremists/anti-realists kills one of the moderates/fringes and then convinces Jreg/Grej that they wouldn’t budge anyways. Said moderate/fringe is shown pointing out the flaws in the extremist's/anti-realist's system and offreing a more realistic approach. A different extremist/anti-realist hangs out with a moderate/fringe and gets along with them well, disobeying Jreg's/Grej's orders to hurry up to recruit them and does their own thing. The “extremist” then tells the “moderate” to run. Another extremist/anti-realist kills a moderate/fringe with a long winded speech dissing the moderate/fringe before/while killing them. A centrist/realist almost manages to convert an extremist/anti-realist to the centrist/realist movement, but some unfortunate event happens at the last minute that kills said centrist/realist and turns the extremist/anti-realist away from both the centrist/realist AND anti-centrist/anti-realist movements. Another extremist/anti-realist tries to get the turned-away extremist/anti-realist back in the anti-centrist/anti-realist movment, but fails. (How exactly everything happens is pretty different between the centricide and realicide). A moderate/fringe joins the centrists/realists. === GENERAL CHARACTER CORRELATIONS === (Note that two correlating characters might have opposing attitudes or they might even have done a few different things.
