Reading this because I genuinely did not understand the movie 😅 Really, what the fuck I thought it was about WW2 Then I thought it was going to be somewhat like Beauty and the Beast gender reversed, and then Beauty and the Beast with 2 beasts And then I stop trying to understand. Good movie though.

This seems an unusual book for Diana Winn Jones to write - much more towards a young adult/adult audience - but still a very enjoyable read! Thank you so much for uploading this delightful story.

Whats wrong with all the adults in this book?? Mary brings a grown man to "teach a lesson" to a nine year old?.. I have a feeling this will only get worse

I love this audiobook<3<3 i really love the narrator's voices for howl and calcifer. Not just the sound of them, but their tones and cadence feel appropriate for the characters

i have never watched the movie but the book is so good!!!

Another wonderful story. I hope more people find their way to this brilliant writer!
