Pvt pank PO program is just a scam. It is not worthy enough to join after paying 4.5 lac ( including loan interest) . At the end, you end up doing mainly sales in branch . Better you join bank at low grade directly via career portal because at Branch you and your DBM ( DM2/ M1) will standing side by side and getting humiliate by BM. So value of grade

Sab pvt bank program Scam ha... In branch even DBM and sales officer both get treated same. So nothing like banking job purely sales. Note:- Joined as AM in ICICI and later switch career track into IT sector

But the starting salary they give is okay .. otherwise the sales officer who directly joined the bank get paid less I think ...what are your thoughts?

@@sahilsayyed9368 you can join as AM directly salary is 20k ... One grade above sales officer. Directly via career portal. As PO ( DM1) your salary will be 33k after deduction and from that you have to give 10k as emi for your pgdbm . Money left is 23k at the end
