If a speed hacker acually knows what hes doing then you would lose pretty quickly

Not while I have Lazurus equipped. I can drop them with a single attack and the 12 second immunity is plenty of time to drop them, pop a soder/supply drop and get my health back to 100% percent before Lazarus kils me. You literally see it in almost every encounter against a speed hacker. They empty my health bar immediately, within a second of Two and it's the 200 Lazarus Pit Artifact that keeps me alive long enough to easily kill them.
