KVD Elite Triple Grip Treble Hooks... Because the hook point is at a 20 degree angle. The fish can not throw the hook... Personally , I've never lost a fish on one. Hopefully this will help someone 🤙 If they listen 😅🎣

Im sure you could Im not sure I would out of that lake, been known for a bit of pollution!
I've been going to the French River for over 50 years. I've seen 50+ lb'ers near 60" Snapping lines, broken nets, even Lures themselves snapping. I've landed 45" Northerns and blah blah blah. No video but for old film, video tape or pictures. But NOW you guys WEIGH YOUR FREAKIN' CATCH ONLINE!!!
@backlashangling11 күн бұрын
Hey David, thanks for watching! Gonna have to go against your wishes there, way to much stress on a fish to get a weight, with length and girth you can get a proper estimation of weight, no need to be putting the fish under unnecessary pressure, especially in the summer!
@kevinmalott96252 ай бұрын
Also good idea to calibrate your reels after spooling. curious what lbs test do you run to your lure? Do you use snap or snap swivel? Thanks
@backlashangling11 күн бұрын
Absolutely, tons of tinkering to do after you get them rigged! We run 30 pound mono to our lures and we use snap swivels!

Just a tip I do when releasing fish when the boat is moving. I hold them by the lip so the water is passing into the mouth. If you hold them backwards by the tail you can drown them. Just my thoughts. F

how deep are you fishing for walleye in? and how deep to target muskie? thanks
