Is the 37 locos diesel electric. Or diesel engine. It sounds like it's going through gears wilst pulling away from a stationary position ?

I often wonder what each of us get out of this hobby? For me it's always been a sound thing. As much as I love steam , it's hard to beat a grid or tractor , work stained , paint peeling ,hauling a heavy load . Just like it was built for ..

@@robevery-iy4rwI can confirm this is all Kyle’s work, I’ve chased workings before at same time as him in Scotland and it is possible to beat a train for reasons like pathing stops, station stops and slow linespeeds. Very enjoyable chasing trains - but also highly stressful 😅
