Just to let you know that I do not make any money from my Video's , ever the one that may be show on TV , so it would be nice if I get paid some time if there are used .
@DragonMasterMusic22 күн бұрын
@@paulleviston I don't make any money from my videos either, I was just wanting to use a few seconds from this for a music video. Not really in a position to pay, so if you're not happy with me using your footage for free I can find an alternative.

Very interesting, spent a lot of time down there in the sixties (I barely remember) and the seventies. That particular area was where we always pitched up, and the triangle was always quite a long way from the cliff edge. Looks so very different back now. "Pirate" house old barns and other buildings long gone Used to be a lot quieter then too lol

Marvellous. You have probably explained in previous years' videos about how this was a 'training wall' to keep the main Leven river channel over towards the Ulverston side to better facilitate shipping access to and from the mouth of Ulverston canal. Thankyou and Kind regards.

Awesome, thanks Paul. Interesting that the tram rail is still in situ to run the bogies along. Kind regards.

Shame for the climbers really. Those drones make an awful buzzing noise that kills the atmosphere and scares birds away.

I wonder if the use of Drones now to inspect the track has anything to do with this ? Nothing beats boots and eyes on the ground !! I bet a drone would have missed this !

Yes my dad took the family to the beach by Holme island until the guy who bought it stopped people going onto the sand , that is when the grass started growing . all that area has now silted up a few feet that it blocked one of the Becks , that is why the golf course was flooded , see my other videos . I will have to find out if the outlet for the Pool is also silted up .

The good old days when Top 40 and album rock radio stations played novelty records and comedy bits. Cheech & Chong had a few hit singles like "Sister Mary Elephant", "Basketball Jones" and "Bloat On", a parody of the R&B hit "Float On" by The Floaters. The follow-up single, "Black Lassie", was edited down from the "Wake Up America" bit on their Wedding Album, but it didn't make the Top 40 like this one did.
