Indigo jumped the line on the taxi at 0:29 and ,the second Indigo jumped line ahead of Air India at 3:39. Insiders in the avaition industry says INDIGO "manages" the ATC at Mumbai and Delhi airports and gets prefrential treatment.

It is the busiest single runway airport in the world, so not surprising it is this busy from time to time.

The surprising part here is that there was not a single landing during this period. It was consecutive 11 take off which is very rare, usually the pattern is one take off 1 landing and so on
