They are legit cards. Just repacked by third parties. Very commonly found in Toy R Us, Dollarama, and Walmart all have their own versions.

These packs might not be worth it at all, but to be honest for 4$ you cant really compain much. Probably if you were to sell all those cards as singles (excluding packaging and shipping) you would make over 4$
