Helicopter parents, "friend" parents, absent parents, and the worse "delusional parents," the ones that think 1 - 2 yr old children KNOW what gender they "really" are. So, basically there are thousands of parents that are "mentally ill," and they are raising the next generation. So mentally ill parents raising their children, and transferring their mental illness onto the children. Mentally ill mothers making TikTok et al, accounts for their children, who should not even be on social media, and then "brainwashing" these children into thinking that they need to have a "beauty routine," and post it to the world. Videoing their children shopping at Sephora, buying expensive skin care products, many containing retinol and other such products, that do NOT need to be used by children, and are actually causing EARLY DAMAGE to their child's skin. These retinol applying 6 yo children will have hideous looking skin by the time they are 30. A child does NOT need a "beauty" routine, they need a mild soap & water. These are mostly mothers that were NOT natural beauties, as kids, so they are trying to relive their pathetic childhood through their child. Like I said, "mentally ill" parents using their children to try and erase their childhood insecurities, but in the process, they are seeding "mental. Illness" in their child. These accounts get flooded with negative, emotionally damaging comments, and the parent tells the child to "ignore" it, they are just jealous, but at that young age, they lack the psychological maturity to do so. This IS a form of CHILD ABUSE. Wait until these small children are ~30, look in the mirror, and see the damage that the early use of retinol type products have done to their face. Only then will they realize that this was NOT motherly love at all.

Be a parent not a friend. Dont drink in front of your kids. Dont dump them with grandma on the weekends. If u can do that they will be fine

There is no way that is true. Being in the same room while the kid is on their tablet, and you're on your phone is NOT spending time with your kid. Putting on Coco Melon while you're on your phone or watching your own TV is NOT spending time with your kid. 70-80% of the parents I interact with spend VERY little time interacting with their children. Middle class people aren't ALL the heros we make them out to be.
