Ok. I think my issue is that I don't have the json files in the core folder for some reason and the updaters aren't loading them for me. Is there a way to get the json files manually?

I still cannot get the games to work. it's the darksoft roms, they're in the common folder. the bios is loaded up already, but i even downloaded the full bios from the github link provided and still nothing. the pocket sees the games in the common folder, but the core isn't seeing them.

If I played more I might have gotten Gouken and Seth unlocked. I Never got past Zangief while playing El Fuerte. Even on Easiest difficulty.

Strangest thing, I've found the Dark Soft files and I put them exactly where I'm supposed to but for some reason, they won't show up when I'm trying to load up a game on the Pocket. Does anyone have a tip what to do?

The only thing that I would still like to know is how to get the American versions, most of the arcade roms that are loaded by default by the script are the Euro version, which I think have a different aspect ratio.

I’ve got that game six years ago

I like to switch things up a bit. 1. Top Man: pretty easy with just the arm cannon, and takes double damage. 2. Shadow Man: exploit the Top Spin switch glitch. 3. Snake Man: arm cannon or Shadow Blade, he also slithers away. Also use the early Rush Jet exploit. 4. Gemini Man: Search Snake. Need I say more? 5. Needle Man: Gemini Laser will do him in. 6. Spark Man: Shadow Blade or Needle Cannon, do as you see fit. 7. Magnet Man: arm cannon, Shadow Blade, Spark Shock, whatever! 8. Hard Man: Magnet Missiles. Pro-tip: like Metal Man in Mega Man 2, every Robot Master is weak to their own weapon. Not recommended with Top Man unless you use the aforementioned Top Spin exploit.

My prefered boss order is : 1. Top Man - easiest to beat with stardard weapon, he just repeats the same simple pattern. 2. Shadow Man - with Top Spin he's a breeze, and Shadow Blade is a must have. 3. Needle Man - Shadow Blade works quite well on him, and you'll find an energy tank in his stage, in case something went south, just remember to avoid his head needle attack, it hurts a lot. 4. Spark Man - with Shadow Blade and Rush Jet this is beyond easy. 5. Magnet Man - Rush Jet bypasses the annoying yoku block platforming, and you have TWO of his major weaknesses (Spark Shock and Shadow Blade). 6. Hard Man - easy with Maget Missle (much harder in Willy Wars, his Hard Knuckle redirects your Magnet Missles, you have to stick close to him to avoid that). 7. Snake Man - could've dealt with him as soon as you'll get Needle Canon, but having Hard Knuckle helps greatly against big snake minibosses. 8. Gemini Man - at this point you got all you need to make this stage a walk in a park. This boss order work for original Megaman 3, as well as Willy Wars.
