There is ZERO forgiveness in your bible. Forgiveness is the employment of mercy. Mercy is the WAIVER of the demand for recompense for injury via the operation of grace. It's the recognition of a higher goal of community and reconciliation than whatever petty retribution you could get. But that's not what god does. God instituted a TRANSACTION. He still required some type of payment for his narcissistic ego having been bruised--or something. He makes human defective and then punishes either you or Jesus for your defects. That's in no way even close to forgiveness, mercy, or grace.

Scripture says, don't make an image/copy/representation/icon of anything that is on the EARTH. Last time I checked humans and plants and animals live on the earth. So the command prohibits creating representations of humans. Jesus came in human form to earth thus when you make an image of Him or any other saint you are breaking this command, by making an image of something that is on earth (man) Think about this: what has fabricating images of things in heaven, earth and sea brought us? 1. Games 2. Movies 3. Posters How has these things influenced society in majority cases? Does it honor God, or bring disgrace to God? Has it drawn us nearer to God or pushed us further away? Can you say a kid who sits with his PS games 24/7 is worshiping the images on that square box? Can you say a kid who watched movies, like Harry Potter and now dress like him, eats & sleep Harry Potter, covers their room walls with Harry Potter is worshipping Harry Potter? Yes! Where did all this evil deception creep in? When we started becoming ignorant to the 2nd Commandment! Im an ex artist. I gave that junk up when I realised you are disobeying God and unknowingly (some cases knowingly) contributing to creating idols for people to worship. Without artists, creativity and art, there would be no blasphemous Hollywood movies, pornography (yes even porn! started out with drawings) , addictive games, ungodly posters which are all busy destroying the youth and adults alike. You can think you are using your artistic talent to glorify God as much as you like. You are only deceiving yourself. When did you see people look at the painting of last supper and go wow God is great. Instead they are worshipping the artist Da Vinci. YOU get the glory for your art. NOT GOD. THAT IS WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO DO THESE THINGS. We have all been deceived. Satan is using your "artistic" talent to build his kingdom. Not God's. Don't believe me? See the Metaverse junk (all made possible by artists) It started out as innocent rock drawings in ancient times and progressed to innocent church icons/statues to what we got today: Full on nasty movies, posters, games, all geared towards dishonoring God and causing people to worship it. The worship of the "graven images" doesn't come immediately (as we thought) , only after many generations the worship came. Sin always start out small and innocent and the next thing you know it blows up to full-on Hurricane of evil. Congratulations, you've been deceived by Satan, once again...
