You can fight the guy in the middle 1 on 1 if you don't touch the others, which could make it easier to eliminate that guy first as the rest of them are weak.

If you use duck strike as a counter the enemy goes in stun state, then you can use directional throw.

The only time I did no hit challenge was for the first Arenas. I've definitely been hit way too many times in Sifu. Have over 900 hours in this game now and I'm sure you can do the same if you spend enough time to get better.
