I was experiencing back pain the other day carrying a large bag of groceries home and I had to stop and do some physio. Immediately after I felt grateful that I can walk, recover and had a bag to carry my groceries in. Finding things to be grateful for is not as hard as it first appears.

Thank you for sharing that moment! It's amazing how even in challenging situations, we can find so much to be grateful for. Those small things-like being able to walk, recover, and have groceries to carry-truly make a difference in our perspective. Gratitude has a way of bringing light to even the toughest days.

For those wondering what 'Old Mate' means at 00:06 - According to Australian Slang Dictionary: 'Old Mate' is often a term used when telling a story - it's a handy substitute for when you don't remember somebody's name or just can't be bothered saying it.

Your videos are very good and your editing skills are excellent, but your videos are not reaching many people. The main reason for this is that your videos are not SEO optimized. I am a KZbin video SEO expert and would like to optimize your videos. Are you interested in this?

My "trauma".. if such it can be called...is based on the realization that the medical profession as a whole should not be trusted. There are no exceptions.

Thanks for subscribing - we truly value your support. Now back to your question .... For the narc to resolve its 'condition' it requires a lot of deep inner work, therapy, self reflection and behavioural change. As with any person on a growth and self improvement journey, the narc needs to want to heal - so be careful you are not just being fed 'lip service' as their way to distract you from revealing who they truly are - remember for the narc to change they NEED to drop the ego animal and replace it with empathy and this takes long term deep enquiry, a willingness to regard the feelings of others and take accountability for their actions and their impact upon others. This does take time and effort .... much like watching paint dry over 20 years. On the other hand, if someone who has been abused by a narcissist (i.e. mother, partner, boss), for them to recover it requires recognizing, rewiring and resolving the trapped emotions and the suppressed feelings that are still plaguing the mindset of the narc 'victim'. For this we recommend a 30 day Chart Challenge - here is a helpful video link kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipOXYn6ZpLedjpI. In the vid you are invited to check your feelings on a daily basis using our Chart of Emotions while also asking an enquiry of your mindset and your painful experiences. In the case of healing from narc abuse, begin by simply replacing the 'daily enquiry question' (from the vid) with the self enquiry question "How do I feel about the narcissist today?". The rest will make sense when you watch the vid. I hope that helps
