It would be good if you would say each word slowly, as the Vietnamese pronunciations of letters are so different from English, and the sounds themselves are unfamiliar.

Phrases for beginners? You start with “xin loi” then directly went into a very complex sentence for a beginner “I’m sorry that my question was and inconvenience to you” or something. Maybe from previous video. Maybe reconsider what language a beginner uses, the latter definitely is not. I’m sure you weren’t taught this kind of sentence when you for began English. I guarantee it.

Please could you talk slower? You talk both English and Vietnamese way too fast as if you are trying to show off or prove how fast you can talk. You present great information, and it's the Northern Vietnamese accent, which is rather uncommon on KZbin, but the professionalism is lost because of the speed of the presentation. It's off-putting for your videos and for the company you're promoting. Perhaps Vietnamese is spoken fast I'm the streets, but this is beginner information. Also, speaking English too quickly is regarded as lowly educated trying to race through the words by avoiding saying them. Otherwise, great information, but if not presented clearly for complete audiance comprehension, why bother, why do it?

Great information, but you talk way too fast in Vietnamese and English. Talking so fast in English trying to race comes across as low education as if trying to avoid saying the words and racing something. Perhaps it's normal in street Vietnamese, but given the information would be for beginners it's useless

I find this video very helpful for my "Restaurant Learning Strategy." While other videos I've watched concentrate mostly on food and drinks, this one takes you through all the things you actually hear and say, from when you enter to when you pay the bill.

Very good explanations for the meaning of the words to describe the word Wear. In English the word Wear sounds like Ware, which also has a lot of meanings. Beware, to be careful. Aware, to be observant. Wary, to be suspicious. And then to use the word Wear, it can also be, Wear down, which means to get near the breaking point. So there are also many uses in English for the pronunciation of the word Wear.
