Find Out where is the issue 1.front end is slow? --Verify how many records are processing and tune it if needed. 2.Db query sp is slow. --find out why the query is slow. ---- create nonclustered indexes on join condition columns if needed include select column also

Inner join - no data . Left join : all data from left table with null data from right table Right join : all data from the right table with null data from the left table. Full outer : all data from left table with null data from right table which will be union all with all data from right table with null data from left table.

If the date is in the correct format then you don't need to convert .It will be converted automatically. If the date is not in the correct format then you need to first extract date in the correct format then cast it as a date .

You should learn the .net + sql server. Mostly people prefer Hyderabad to join classes. There you can join Naresh technology or Durga technology.
