yes, sure. I was with my son for trip (you can see on second 5, that I checked his position short in my right mirror - so I avoided a full brake). This bicycle driver looked first time in our direction milliseconds before I passed him on the left side of the road. We had full lights on, also auxiliary lights. As driver you expect somehow, that this man interrupts his move, but he continued his way like we would be never there. (it was in Czech Republic/Europe)
