Love this video. The orator's voice sounds like he is reading to himself. He needs to fix that. Make it sound natural and organic.

Narrator here, I'm curious about what you do different to elevate the video. I'm able to send you the video without the V/O so you can give an example.

I grew up i Michigan so a love for General Motors began at birth, but boy do they make some monumental screwups. Take the EV-1 for example, if GM would have stuck it out with that program they would they be the Tesla's of today and dominate EV production, technology, and profitability. So not only did they axe the program, but they lost 1.5 billion on a car that never came close to going into production, and then they destroyed all but a couple of the test vehicles they did make. Talk about stupid.

It’s really strange how so many of the brightest and most forward thinking people of their day miss transitions later on. The steam locomotive industry, Kodak, Nokia, the list goes on and on. Germany and Detroit are about to be rearranged. The legacy companies pay for news that says otherwise, then layoffs and plant closures happen. Look at Stellantis.

I was an age 24 engineer at Chrysler in 1988 when I wrote a personal letter to Bob Lutz begging him to figure out a way to let us build the Viper. He wrote me back! What a true and honest leader and car guy he was for us, and all the other companies he worked for. I went on to be the Chief Engineer of the last Dodge Viper, the 'Gen 5', 2013-2017. Bob and I both had a lot of fun!

He is certainly someone who seems to have such a far reaching impact on both brands and people. Thanks for sharing!

Bob said that the Viper was the first American car that had 400HP, Any car guy know that’s not true. In the late 60’s many cars came from the factory with 400 plus , ex. Chevys 427 w/435HP.

@nicholasstratigeas4644 Those were GROSS horsepower numbers. NET HP didn't become a thing until the early 70's.
