Wallbox terrible customer service experience! The first unit for customer failed within six months, and although it was eventually replaced, the second unit broke down 12 months later. Despite being promised a replacement, it has been two weeks with no replacement and no communication from Wallbox. Every time I call their support number, I'm stuck on hold indefinitely, as if my number is being ignored. I'd consider taking them to small claims court to get my money back, but their UK address seems to be a solicitor's office, likely just a dummy address. AVOID!

In the rain and dark, we were happy to finally get the rental car connected (plastic piece from lower charging port in the way) and as we couldn't remove it, I said we'd figure out how to remove it in the light in the morning. We brought in the User Manuals, which Kia actually still prints out. and finally found thr "Quick Tips" where it says one has 10 seconds after using the unlock button to unplug the charging port, but your video is so much quicker and clearer. Thanks!
