I hate to tell you but just about all the fish you buy in the supermarket is farm raised from China and other countries, they literally eat their own poop. Eating a fresh fish out of the ocean is the least of your problems. At least I know that what I'm eating is actually a real fish.

There is free Parking from the crab pot down to Ballast Point restaurant in Long Beach. There is an open gate before you cross the bridge, just walk up the jetty.

Welcome back! I respect your relationship with your kids. The best outcome of fishing for me has been the time I get to spend with my sons. Skunk or not, a day spent fishing and spending time with your kids is always worth it. Appreciate all your videos. Its complicated, if its a public jetty with no signs telling you to not trespass or no fishing signs, should be OK, because they are considered the same as fishing piers
