the engineering behind this has been around for years , called Vernier adjustment , but its usually a much easier process. took me a while to get it sorted, and ended up with around 12-13 spline moves... its slow but does work, and once it is , i now have witness lines painted on. Word of warning though, steel bolts in to allow , even when using TQ wrench for 7nm, the allow will wear , Ive ended up doing a thread insert repair now, as the parts are like rocking horse sh1t ...

Worst designed seat post I’ve ever seen and this video doesn’t show you any of the important information you need like close up shots of how things line . Terrible experience w your products, just design like everyone else does so its easy to install .

the worst clamp ever!!! always tilting no matter how much I tightened mechanism,, up to 12Nm !!! I already stripped tightening bolt twice and had to buy a new aluminum 3T zer0 25 seatpost just for the mechanism... any solutions anybody????????

i am having the worst experiance ever with this 3T brand, and im really disapointed on how they treat the customers, iwould say no Customer Service available, unable to reach via phone, neither on e-mails... I bought two bikes And some accessory from this brand the exploro race max, and exploro boost, i my first issue was with the fender that bended without any reason, they ignored my messages, then i had a problem with the firmware update with the exploro boost, same they never replied to my emails calls, isued to fixe the problem by an external dealer, and now i hear a weired cracking noise in the bottombracket, tried to troubleshoot the issue by my self, but the problem looks coming from the frame it self, the bike never get crashed or felt down, and same 3T do not answer, i will do my best to show this hiden side of 3T, and share my experiance in all social media and im done with this Brand

This feature is infuriating. Obviously did not think if users putting bike on a direct drive trainer. The amount if times the derailleur has fallen off and hit the floor is astonishing. Maybe upload a follow up video how to manage this putting bike on a trainer?

I wouldnt have bought my 3T og I knew it had this feature😢

Shit company. Sold me a poorly assembled Strada with Ekar. Cassette was defective, kinks in hydraulic hoses, etc. So glad I sold it and I’ll never buy a 3T product again.

Wish I had watched this, before trying to take my rear wheel off for the first time. Very surprising to have the rear derailleur fall off just from removing the rear wheel. Don't think this is a feature that will catch on.

If you went 700 x 40 on the bike with a wheelset that has a 25mm internal width would you have more clearance or less clearance between the rear tire and the back of the seat tube? Asking for a friend....
