Nice plan! What is the cabinet above the exhaust fan? Is it storage? I'd change that to match the rest of the cabinets and add a convection/microwave combo. Would love a mini wood burning stove too. How much space is between the breakfast bar and the kitchen counter?

Only one door - is that even legal. I though the fire codes wanted two forms of egress, on differnt sides of the house. I'd make a few adjustments, ut the house is cozy.

With two windowless sides, it's apparently designed as a row (terrace) house. The kitchen has almost no counter space. Neither bathroom has a sink. Access to the upstairs is apparently outdoors. It is, at best a very odd house!

No thank you. This is just too small for what I want & it has way too little storage. Don’t know about others, but I don’t want tall or wide windows in a bedroom.

This is a nice place for a single or couple, but it needs a few modifications. In a small house where every square foot needs to be functional, a large decorative item like a fireplace is a detriment, and it forces the TV higher than might be comfortable to view. And there's no mantel to deflect heat, so it will fry the electronics. The cooktop needs an extractor hood, not a window. The plumbing for the washer pushes it out into the room, so it needs some enclosure. A pocket door for the bathroom rather than a barn door is less intrusive. All this being said, the place has potential.

Decent sized 1 BR/1 bath home. Layout is good, washer largely out of site but I won’t have one that vents upward, too hard to clean and a higher fire risk.

Love this design! A few adjustments and I would move in.
