I loved the chemistry between Cole and Phoebe. Hated when the Charmed Ones would go to him to ask for help and then turn their backs on him. That was so unfair!

Julian McMahon was in fact leaving Charmed to move on - this was stated in a press conference back when they announced this to the world - because he felt they had done all they could with the character. The casting of Nip/Tuck (as Dr. Christian Troy) didn't happen until some time after that decision was made, but time-wise it did turn up very fortuitously for Julian.

Yeah, Julian didnt like what happen to his character after losing his powers. He was a great Belthazar (I know he wasnt the actor) part. He didnt like being an useless sidekick for the girls and he was like a love sick puppy following Phoebe around. They should have kept his powers and just help the girls but do other stuff behind their back but for good but getting caught every so often. At least he had guest spots here and there.

Sadly, yes. :( Julian was gracious enough to come back for the 150 episode but not after that. That said, there is actually a scene from the 8:th and final season where Cupid Coop takes Phoebe back in time to the alternate universe Cole created, to watch herself vanquish him, so we get a glimpse there, but we don't really count it as an apearance since it is old footage.

Wow thx for the fast reply! I'm currently watching this episode as I got the charmed bug today and cole was my favorite character. So the actor Julian didnt want to come back or was it the show/storyline that made that happen. I stopped watching after I found out he was gonna be gone. Any chance you can give me the title/number of that episode from the 8th season. Also I read the description and glad to see the account is still up lol lame they sent you strikes.

Also do u by chance know of a video or source about the life of cole, I'm just a bit confused I thought he was destroyed, I kinda stopped a little after when cole was the source or whatever. How does phoebe recognize him in the house? Whats the final conclusion on his character like is he dead? Sorry for the questions I figured better to ask now from a charmed pro lol

We were all a bit confused! LOL! Continuity was never their strongest suite. There are no specific sources about Cole's life - except for the Charmed series - but you can try wikipedias and such sites. You are welcome over at the mcmahoniacs.net where we always are happy to talk about Cole. Phoebe doesn't recognize, much less sees him, but she FEELS (or senses) his presence as his feelings for her are so strong. As for final verdict, I guess it is up to you. Canon has it he is trapped in Limbo, but who knows! (And I live in my own happy place about that!) ;) Oh, and about Julian quitting, I believe there was a press conference about him leaving the show where it was stated that he felt that they had done all they could with Cole and he wanted to move on, so they agreed and made a storyline to make that happen. (And if you ask me, they could have gone with almost anything else than what they did.) :(

It is season 7, the 16:th episode. If you look at the title of each vid, you can see the numbers there like this: "7x16"

We usually don't comment on comments unless a question is asked, but we just can't help ourselves here. ;) It was in fact for Cole - as confirmed in an interview with Brad Kern some time after the Finale episode. As die-hard Cole-fans, we just wanted it out there. ;)

That piece of music, like so many others in this series, is part of the music score, composed directly and solely for the show. Most (if not all?) of theses scores were composed by J Peter Robinson. Why did they have to split up they were so good together

it seems forced because they were never meant to be together to begin with. Do you realize what it implies? It'd mean that Phoebe is too hard when it comes to love, almost unreachable and desperate, an eternal unsatisfied soul who needs CUPIDON to actually know love. That is NOT phoebe, she has been out of character since season 4 and the moment she decided to give up on Cole. And that the writers are aware of. In the end I guess the actor just wanted a way out and that's what they've given him. Sadly. But to my mind, Phoebe ended up with Cole. That's all I know.

I am a Dreamer They should have brought Clay back, Phoebe's relationship with him may have been short but it looked a lot more honest than what she had with Coop.
