But I feel lke tht I hve to end up replacing or lke buying belts a lot often or so, so I ws gonna make it chain because it seems stronger thn/thxn blt or sx

I use a 3/8 37” on my belt drive modified originally clockwise 3/three blade now 6/six ccw blade wth a new motor. Ok sure, it had a new ir sø motor wth the old blade, bt I wanted a variable speed reversible belt drive motor, bt it is reversible, just in and off, plug it in, turns in, in plug it, or if plugged into an outlet wth a switch or power strip or whtever, it turns off. But,/…it could be variable speed, because I searched belt drive furnace blower motor reversible either and variable speed or lke wth speed or di, but,/…a1-3 hp motor came up from centualing wth sxme others too, but it was not the expensivest or most expensive or so but the least expensive out of the options or sø

Y’all hiring? I lke fabs, and I lke running and putting different blades and styles on motors with different pitches too. Basically blade swaps is wht I lke wth running thm too. But I work at/@ a dog daycare, and it’s jst 5 hrs or so Thursday and Friday, but my dad wants me to have a job sth more hrs, but I thnk it’s be cool to work with fabs, and lke mainly testing and running and maybe lke installing the blades on the pulley hub things too or so. And,/…instead of just belt, there/their could lke be a chain drive option too with stainless steel chains, and maybe a direct drive or gear drive option too or so/something lke tht. But,/…chain drive is quiet lke belt and the maintenance of direct

It seems to be nice product but from my experience with KZbin sellers is that it’s very difficult to buy their product and then you got a trust that the seller is legit and not going to take your money and disappear Another comment mentioned that you had to get an estimate from them before you can buy one of their fans that’s kind of crazy fan as a fan you know what you want seem like you would be able to just buy a fan so that’s another red flag

As a consumer, my general rule is... If someone needs to give me a quote, I can't afford it
@alambe72752 жыл бұрын
Wow If you want to buy one of these fans you gotta get a quote incredible

Agreed. Its a trash can way of doing business. Allowing them to change the price on the fly and waste the consumers time to have to reach out to simply cross shop items. In principle even if I can afford it, I refuse to do business with companies who utilize this practice.

Why why why are there no actual reviews for your fans on KZbin except from you? What is the warranty? Is it one of those limited warranties? It's kind of sketchy, looks like you pay KZbin to hide other videos

So I did some measuring in my head and I have a 56 inch industrial three blade aluminum ceiling fan. Well the blades are aluminum anyway but the smallest one you have which is the or I guess maybe a rather is a 36” which is the same size as my 56”. And it’s the I think 56 tornado or so if you need to see what it’s like, but I was wondering if the small /and or one rather would be good for my or just a bedroom. Or kinda long rectangular porch
@lennongroover41895 жыл бұрын
Also if you want it to be quiet but not have as much maintenance just get a motor that spins the fan the same speed as belt drive so you have the benefits of belt drive and direct drive
@superdutyfans45675 жыл бұрын
One advantage of the belt drive system is the ability to gear the motor with the blade system. By reducing the RPM via the belt drive pulley system, the motor is free to run at a high RPM where it develops maximum power and better cooling, and the blade system is free to run at a lower RPM where it efficiently moves more air and reduces stress on the structure for a longer life. This is a critical feature for a high-velocity Industrial Fan like ours. Thanks for your input. The Fan Man

Do y’all have some that are equivalent to a 60 inch normal industrial ceiling fan
