i feel like this a lot tbh, i try to relax but it just feels like everything sends me into a flurry of fear and paranoia :/ i try to be brave, yet when it feels like theres nobody to save you & you alone in the world even drs nor officers not helping it gives you a sense of hopelessness and panic. only thing i try to hold on to is my hope and faith with god, my mom, cat, and friends

@@slenropz Appreciate iit though i dont wanna bother you to much, though i can say some things sense offered: i try to stay energetic a lot so i wont let fear or depresso consume me, i mentioned the nurses not helping as often due to them leaving me alone for hours when i went to get checked for my heart when my mom came with me. I kept calling the help button for the bathroom and waited 10-15 mins but they never came :/ she helped unhook me for me to walk to it myself, the whole time they didn't come in to check my flatline beep on the monitor. for police i dont live in ny but im keep seeing criminals get released the next day on the news so it gives me less hope.. sometimes when im alone in my room a rainbow comes through my window, i personally like to think its a sign of god reminding me its ok despite if others disbelieve in it and such <3
