The text formatting is kinda off sometimes with the following format in your video and in my chatbot as well: 1. First point - bullet point 1 - bullet point 2 2. Second point ... I tried to prompt the system to get the following format: 1. First point - bullet point 1 - bullet point 2 2. Second point ... But its really difficult and the system does not get it everytime. Not a huge issue but I think the second version would look better. I tried many dfferent prompts with examples given and everything, do you have a solution for that?

I uploaded all my products using streamline connector and My products are in knowledge base now. I did a test for Product recommendation and I ended up with an error and I got " we were not able to find any relevant recommendations. Looks like Get Chunks and create Carousel function cannot fetch data from Knowledgebase. Also In the dialog I saw an error " failed to fetch order data : HTTP error ! status : 400

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. If you'd like to import specific data, you can using Voiceflow's Knowledge Base feature! The demo we built uses the model's default training - Voiceflow natively supports various models including GPT and Claude. If you push the agent for certain requirements (for example, Kim specifically said she wanted to go to Peru at that time), it won't block you - at least how we've set it up by default. We felt it was better for travel agencies if a human could make that determination and still pass the customer lead onto them. However, you could totally tweak the prompt to reject bookings that didn't feel like a good fit if you'd prefer.

How can I control the flow after the KB fallback is triggered? Currently, when a user types a question and the KB fallback is activated, the bot responds with an answer, but immediately after that, the start of the bot flow (with the initial buttons or options) appears. This makes the interaction look unnatural. How can I ensure that the bot continues smoothly after providing the KB answer, without reverting back to the start options?

I'm confused by the system prompts and user prompts. In the voiceflow examples, the user prompts provides the details for what the LLM is supposed to do, but in your example and what is said in the docs, you're using the system prompt. Can you please tell me the difference? Also great video tutorials, when can we expect more?
