@@blkwaterjon1024 if anything it would be the other way around. Amps just take a signal and make it stronger - older devices often don't have much output any way. Did you buy the $1000 VZ201 that sold the other day?

Nope, they were a $1000 aftrmarket unit when new. Panasonic did offer a few factory units unter the Technics brand - like the touch-panel in my '86 Soarer

@@endlessriver3236 It might be as simple as changing the FM receiver, but I doubt it would be possible to find a service manual unless you visit Panasonic in Japan. That is partly why I made this video, but I'm not experienced enough to decipher the circuits.

Just found your channel with the CFS-W600 belt repair video, I bought a white one last month, belt are fine but the volume tabs have no resist to them, going to open it up and have a look just hope the person didn't put it back together correctly. keep going good channel have subbed.

It might be a simple case of needing contact cleaner on the tabs. I brought in a white W600 from Japan, but haven't gotten around to fixing it - I think mine just needs a new fuse.

@@synthwavesoarer3429 Fixed it today, the pervious owner screwed in the top two slots too tight and snapped the plastic holes sadly. hence why it wasn't put back together correctly, anyway got it volume tabs working again. Thanks again.

You have rust coz water is probably coming in from tail light seals. Also check for rust under the trunk rubber seal.

Awesome! In past experience I've seen this from sunroof drains, but this car doesn't have one. I'll look at sealing the tail lights properly.

I always wanted to do a kyusha or kaido build with SSR MK-I on the front and SSR XR-4 or Hayashi Street on the rear, but I'll be content with a 1/24 scale model. Also worth noting that this was a year before I bought the 1:1 car. I wanted the Dandy Grey colour scheme and Recaro RMS seats.

Not sure exactly, but somewhere around the mid-80s. It has the F31 emblem and the Bubblegum Brothers were somewhat popular.

hello, what is the difference between vz200 and vz201? Also, is there a pinout for an external sd changer? I want to screw bluetooth on it, have you done this? I can't find any information about her

The VZ201 is the higher-end model and has two extra EQ displays and has an extra circuit board I couldn't ID. They both have CD changer outputs, but I just use a bluetooth tape off eBay (works like a regular tape) - just need to eject and recharge it every 6 hours.
