Many if not all Fountain Hills and Scottsdale courses are charging a water surcharge fee. A nice surprise when you think you know what you’re paying and then that gets added. Just add it to already ridiculously high green fees and then we can decide if we’re paying that or not.

I visited a friend in Phoenix in 2012. Omg, never again. It was September and so hot. Even the dry heat made me sweat profusely. I am from Florida and will take the humid heat any day over the dry heat. I also love that the beach is only 5 mi from my house.

Yeah, there are many "older people" here but the flip side of that is that health care facilities are everywhere. I'm six mies from the Mayo clinic and I can walk to health care easily.

There are many factors that go into it that can drastically change the cost. Depending on how efficient the appliances and ac are, the quality of the home insulation, whether the windows are dual pane, if the doors are sealed properly, the amount of devices being used regularly etc. As an average I would say the electricity bill will be around the 150-300 with around 200-225 being the median.

Let me know if he finds anything more career oriented, I used to work in the aviation field a little bit in Oregon before hand and would definitely love to get back into that again.
