You have to find a local fish market. It isn't available all, over. Buying online it might get bad by the time it gets to you

@@unique129 no I am not in the USA. If you are in Florida you should find it. It's a, tropical fish. I only got it here in Canada because the fish is imported here.

@tracy you are funny. Like and share with your friends. Baking is hard work but I do it once in awhile. Cooking is more fun. My plan is to put out a different salmon dish every week.if you check through my channel you, could find at least 10 salmon dishes. Some I only take pictures and post on my INSTAGRAM.
