I feel for tinnitus pink noise is the best because it has the closest pitch to ear ringing. The lower pitched noises like green blue brown don’t do a good job in drowning out tinnitus in my opinion/experience.

I live in California, and with everything going on with fear, fires, and chaos in these horrific times, this brings me peace and solace, in order to sleep and relax. I figured pink is my favorite color, let me try "Pink Noise" to settle my nervous system and my fast heart-beat. It worked. Thank you, so very dearly for uploading this for all of us with different types of conditions like anxiety, neurological disorders, being on the spectrum, and heightened sensitivity. I feel calm now. The dryer was right next to my bedroom. I would go turn it on before I went to bed at night. It was so soothing. I was 16 yrs old.

The sweet noise of sleep. This enabled me to sleep through some extremely noisy neighbours who would get up at 4am and be up and down extremely loud creakey stairs around 20 times. Most mornings. Who does that? The flat sleepy headphones with this totally saved my life. Thankyou so much.

Lol This Sooo Interesting.....I used to sleep by The Dryer AT my Grandmother House. When I was little. I don't know I WHY I did but it was COMFORTING. I ask my grandma one day and she said MY SOUL LIKE THE MOTION & RHYTHM the Dryer Produces. I used to sleep there every night. My bed wasnt the most comfortable spot 😂😂 I MISS HER & THOSE DAYS 🗿🏹🪶☀️💫

It reminds me summer time at the Albanian coasts, there where I enjoyed a lot of days and nights with my family meanwhile the insects sings accompanied with the melodies of the waves and the wonderful smell of the pines.

My bedroom was next to the laundry room. I always did my homework in my bedroom, I never realized how much the muffled laundry machine noises helped me focus until I moved out.
