I love that there's an interpretive sign for Abraham Zapruder (1:06) who uniquely caught the assassination from start to finish on Super-8: the medium I worked on in my first few years with film. Amazing too to see a literal X mark the spot (1:47) where Kennedy... ugh :( It held the shock of 9/11 for my parents' generation. That ghostly shadow on the monument (2:42) is an eerie catch as well. This is a pilgrimage I must make before I die.

The sooner the better, plans are in process in Dallas to change Dealy Plaza. We just passed the 60th Anniversary of that event - make your plans to see the location this year. Seeing it in person is an eye-opener, the area is so small compared to what we've viewed on "tv" and in videos.

Hallowed ground, this. One of the most historic, photographed & indelible corners of our country. The events that occurred here... whatever they were... changed the USA forever...

Seeing how close the Grassy Knoll is from the road it's clear no shots came from there. Otherwise JFK's head would have an exit wound on the left and/or Jackie would have been hit.

Whenever we visit Chicago we always stay at this hotel the night before we leave, especially in the winter when it's snowing. You don't even have to go outside to get to the airport because you can take an elevator or escalator down to a walkway that takes you underground and up into the airport. That and they also have nice restaurants and decent room service for an early breakfast. It is so worth the price for the convenience!

What a scary looking building !!

It was scarier as just a steel skeleton, tamer now with the reflective glass facade. But I get your point, it does look like it could tip over. If you're in Chicago take a walk by or try the Chicago Architecture Foundation's river cruise, it will look even more monolithic from river-level. :)

Hello everyone, if anyone knows who this young Elvis is, he's fantastic. I was just out at Elvis Night 2016 last Friday and no sign of this young Elvis! He was out there in 2014, 2015...so where were the usual attendees? :)

I love your work on this building. We just featured 150 as our cover story for the magazine Informed Infrastructure and the corresponding website. I would like to link to your video to enhance our story. Here is the story online. informedinfrastructure.com/21296/tower-of-power/

+Kevin Carmody Thank you Kevin, I'm flattered you like my "take" on 150. I looked at the story and would love to be associated with it, link away. And now I think I'll have to venture forth yet again and update my photos on this amazing building.
