Still breaks my heart that Perry had to destroy this band when you can clearly see they were still capable of sounding beautiful. If only he had been able to stay sober and healthy and keep his insane ego from ruining it all.

@@Abarataba I picked up an odd vibe. Usually Perry and Dave will walk up to each other and do some stage moves but they seemed distant already. I knew it wouldn’t last, and I’m so so glad I got to see them one last time.

I saw Jane's on most of their UK gigs 88-90. I became friends with Dave but I never met Perry. They are the greatest live band I have ever seen. Stop bitching about irrelevant shit and rejoice at the glory of a marvellous rock and roll band who can still cut it.
