Thanks Heinrich, but this one was more about safety and how the XTRACTOR can make fishing better for the angler and the fish.

Gotta love when the guide is the one getting first bait thru, positioning the boat so the customer can't cast at the fish first lmfao

Congrats to these guys!!! I just can't believe anyone would try to break the line on a muskie so they can fish for bass.

I went on that tank (or one similar) at the Mid-South Tackle show (Tulsa) a few years ago. Really neat perspective, being able to see the whole floor of the show from there.

Bob you involved with these tournaments or just fishing in them ? Still have my pig lures you helped to create in the nineties kids are grown up and now I’m back on the Muskie hunt!

Hi Shawn, we run the circuit. Currently we are running the Team Open events, next year we will bring on Mega Bucks as well. There are plans in the works for a major muskie event and possibly a walleye event.

Wow it’s Ted and Bob on my day off! It’s my lucky day! Hope to see a collaboration between you and the boys from Today’s Angler Bob! What do you think about the MN state musky record being broken? Learned the bottom bouncer technique watching Ted in the 90s!
@Simplyfishingtv2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the very kind words Shawn. Fishing in general is better today than ever. With the talent field we have on the water, breaking records will continue. Thanks again... P/S It has always been a pleasure to share the boat and the stage with Ted.

Hey, do you think you could upload some unedited\uncut footage of your full battles with big muskies? nothing better then a seeing someone duke it out with a big ski, especially a Legend. That would make for a heck of a compilation.

Hi Nick, the problem is technology. Our material is shot on professional broadcast equipment, which means everything would need to be converted for a linear digital format to a nonlinear format. The broadcast equipment we used in our studio has been sold off. I will try to see what we can do, to make something happen if cost effective. Thanks

Well we didn't net her, so I guess she could have been even bigger. Truth is, we froze a frame on a measure grid monitor and that was the outcome. Nonetheless, she is still swimming as we speak today. Go get here and measure her for yourself.

My Dad and I were trolling for Northern Pike out on Cass Lake in late October 2008, and each of us caught a Northern that were in the mid 40's. Didn't have a tape though. Ted always fished for Muskies in shallow water, at least with me... Semper Fidelis

Looks great Bob now break down this structure on the lake to teach us where the muskies are! Is Poe’s coming still making lures? I need to have another of the best walking lures around! I suggested your name for the legends of musky fishing videos today’s angler is doing! Also love all the vids from the 90s that made me buy shimano rods and jackpots and awakers! Oh don’t forget the Pig!

Ted Roos was my Dad, and he, too thought of the Walleye as the greatest fish(outside of the Muskie!:). I would travel from Dahlonega, GA each year for the Opener in May. I'm still at Trinka Davis Veteran's Village, Carrollton, GA. I'm hoping to get out in late 2021. I'll have to stay in GA for a year, but I'm thinking very hard about moving back to Central MN, once again, after I'm out of Trinka. Ted sold his house on Buck Lake in 2012:( He came back to Nevis, MN in 2014.Ted passed away in 2015, and my Brother and I placed his ashes over some of his Muskie rockpiles on Cass Lake, MN. R.I.P., Dad! Semper Fidelis
