It’s all glamor and glitzy as long as security in the region is stable. With conflict brewing just 40 nautical miles away from Dubai. So my advice to people who purchased investment properties there, once the first missile flies over that region, chances are your property value will plummet 65% overnight. If the conflict goes beyond 15 days chances are people will loose over 80% which means most your investors are under and lost their entire down payment. That’s just me doing a simple calculation. Now tell me what are your thoughts?

I don’t know what’s the purpose of your comment if you know the project and the area very well, you will know that they just started the construction just after launching the project which is this year and not 15 years ago The land is registered with DLD and there’s Escrow account where buyers can pay their installment

Io amerei fare del golf in senso metaforico: come stile di Vita. Ci ho provato e mi riesce benissimo (video). Praticamente arrivano esse, piccole dal core tondeggiante e io le getto a mare colla mazza. Per me golf e' in questo senso ovviamente.
