I think the white would make it dull, I am all about color to make that archway pop like a sage green.

It's a hard call in that room. 🤔 The lighting is not good in the majority of the house. We are looking for light fixtures to add around the room, but haven't decided on anything. Green is gorgeous, for sure! 💚 Xoxoxo

Thank you so much! I enjoy hunting for things and painting. If you saw my bonus room, you'd have an anxiety attack. 😆 I am trying to sort through and edit things. I keep saying, "Oh! I had an idea for that piece!" And never get around to it for a few years. Haha.

Wow. What an awesome haul. I love the paint finishes - the Angel candleholders in the chippy white for certain. Also, the little terracotta bird technique is one I am going to try once you show us how. All your colors and items blend so flawlessly together. I always am happy when I see that you have posted. Mercury glass is so timeless. A shame to paint them but I guess the paint can be removed if soaked in hot water. I think mercury glass fits all decors. Nice job on these. The chippy angels are gorgeous.

Beautiful finds and makeovers. It would be hard to pick a favorite of those angel candleholders they are both so pretty, at first when you showed the bronze one I thought oh how gorgeous, then you showed the other one and it looked so much like an outdoor stone figurine I was amazed. I hope you do a Christmas home tour when you get it all complete, I would love to see all the inspiration as I have not even begun to decorate or Christmas yet. I love Julie's channel too she is very creative and I have been looking for those type of glass globes ever since I saw that.

Martha Stewart did a tutorial on how to use glitter. First you use medium size then add more glue and cover the same area in fine . Oh my, does this work! I purchased some that looks like snow, best ever.

So many beautiful treasures that received your magic touch. I like the angel candleholders both ways but the chippy, lighter finish shows the details more. I ❤️ what you did with the ornaments and the globe lantern was so pretty. What a neat idea. Thank you for sharing. Were you able to get a price on the urn in your booth? I hope it’s still there.
